This week at Microsoft TechEd 2013 in New Orleans we’ve announced the PowerEdge VRTX platform. It contains servers, storage, networking and management integrated together in a single compact chassis. One feature that’s unique to VRTX when compared to other platforms is the ability to assign PCIe slots in the chassis to individual servers. This gives you a great deal of flexibility for your desired configuration. Here’s a quick video to show you how easy it is to assign these PCIe cards within the VRTX chassis.
